What happened

According to the indictment, a department head and senior physician at Akademiska sjukhuset in Uppsala received about SEK 4.6 million from five companies in 2014–2022. The payments were presented as purchases of equipment, goods or hired staff, but no work was performed, according to the appeal court as summarised by IMM.
